Week 4 - Mom's Sweet & Sour Meatballs!

So for this week I decided to make an oldie but a goodie!! My mom's sweet and sour meatballs are a favorite of ours and very easy to make.

Ingredients include: 1 can whole cranberry sauce, 12 oz. bottle of chili sauce and 2 lbs hamburger meat (you can use turkey meat if you prefer that)

Mix the cranberry sauce and chili sauce in a big pot and heat on low. Roll your meatballs and add them to the sauce. After a few minutes, turn the meatballs so they cook on both sides. Cook on low heat for 1 hour. 


Either serve hot or you can put away for dinner another day.  They reheat well too!!!
